Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Omni-Channel Solutions (Sales) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding partnerships with leading CPG/Brand partners. This role involves leveraging innovative, data-driven solutions to align with client strategies and achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive business plans, optimize marketing strategies, and foster meaningful client relationships. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends and utilizing advanced analytics will be crucial to improving performance and continuously driving sustainable growth.

  • Aggressively pursue and exceed specific revenue targets through optimizing sales from existing accounts and new client acquisition, with a clear focus on high-value CPG brands.

  • Manage partnerships with Catalina's leading CPG/Brand partners, including top accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals through developing and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions.

  • Identify and acquire new clients, increasing revenue by leveraging industry research and robust shopper intelligence databases.

  • Understand client objectives, conduct in-depth research, and design targeted campaigns that deliver measurable success against KPIs.

  • Utilize enhanced analytics and advanced capabilities in a consultative sales approach to drive revenue growth.

  • Lead the development and execution of successful Omni-Channel marketing strategies and campaigns, creating personalized customer experiences.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance using data analytics and metrics, making data-driven recommendations for better ROI.

  • Develop comprehensive business plans focused on increasing client penetration and sustainable revenue growth through Omni-Channel solutions and new advertising capabilities.

  • Oversee key accounts, including revenue forecasting, program management, budgeting, and accounts receivable, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

  • Build meaningful client relationships through effective engagement, open communication, and collaboration.

  • Drive collaboration and integration among cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences.

  • Demonstrate leadership in client interactions, understanding their needs, setting clear agendas, and providing strategic guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.

  • 5 to 8 years of previous sales experience, including selling digital media in the CPG industry and calling on the CPG industry (agency experience is a plus).

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, preferably within the CPG or Omni-Channel marketing industries.

  • In-depth knowledge of the CPG industry and experience managing high-value accounts and partnerships.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, utilizing advanced analytics to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.

  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans focused on client penetration and sustainable revenue growth.

  • Experience in designing and implementing successful Omni-Channel marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Exceptional ability to build and manage meaningful client relationships through effective engagement, communication, and collaboration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively and collaborate seamlessly for effective client presentations.

  • Possess a deep technical understanding of the digital landscape, including various platforms and technologies, enabling effective communication with higher-level stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and integration among cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences, with proven leadership in client interactions.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in syndicated CPG data (Nielsen, IRI, Catalina, etc.).

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, approximately once a month.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

This role is eligible for the Sales Incentive Program (SIP), with a compensation structure that includes a base salary and the potential for performance-based incentives.

Detailed terms of the incentive plan will be provided upon extending an employment offer.

This compensation and benefits information is based on Catalina’s good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
