As a Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring marketing campaign integrity within Catalina platforms. Using Salesforce, you will manage meticulous pre-launch checks, conduct comprehensive quality assessments, and apply critical-thinking skills. The primary focus is on CPG, agency, and retail in-store and digital advertising and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure marketing campaign integrity through meticulous pre-launch quality checks of data, coupons, brands, and campaign elements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations in Catalina platforms.
  • Verify all campaign elements for accuracy, ensuring a 100% correct setup by cross-checking against internal sources and confirming accurate campaign measurements and creative elements.
  • Review a target of 12 or more offers per day, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in campaign data.
  • Manage time effectively and collaborate within the team to meet business demand and production goals.
  • Periodically conduct group quality checks to support comprehensive quality assurance and shared insights.
  • Use the Salesforce pipeline to track and manage all campaign projects handed off from Campaign and Ad Operations Specialists, ensuring a systematic approach to quality assurance.
  • Promptly report quality failures by completing detailed quality review forms, documenting findings, and identifying items requiring updates or correction.
  • Manage objections to fail reports with tact and professionalism, identifying defects and reinforcing the QA process to limit liability and risk.
  • Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify potential defects and areas requiring heightened scrutiny during quality checks.
  • Explore and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of quality checks and the effective use of time and resources.
  • Review and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address gaps and improve processes.
  • Become a subject-matter expert across various solution channels, providing guidance and supporting continuous improvement in campaign processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members on client setups in the platform, SOP specifications, document storage, and accurate information identification.
  • Conduct regular calibration sessions to reinforce team knowledge across multiple in-store products, clients, and accounts, ensuring alignment and proficiency in campaign review.
  • Apply critical-thinking skills to assess technical requirements, ensuring alignment with specifications and avoiding potential system limitations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in quality assurance, preferably in a marketing or campaign-management environment.
  • Meticulous approach to conducting pre-launch quality checks, ensuring accuracy across data, coupons, brands, and all campaign elements.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and proposing process improvements.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting quality failures, proposing controls, and collaborating within the team.
  • Strong customer focus, including responsive communication and the ability to build effective internal partnerships.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet targets of reviewing 12 or more offers per day, and maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
