Responsibilities

The Business Consultant will lead the creation of diverse campaign designs, ensuring they align with client objectives and budgets. This role involves developing accurate estimates and comprehensive proposals based on in-depth data analysis, while identifying target audiences and trends. The consultant will collaborate closely with internal partners to optimize campaigns, build trusted relationships with sales teams, and manage project timelines. Effective communication and troubleshooting skills are essential to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

  • Lead the creation of campaign designs across clients of varying size, budget, digital fluency, and strategy, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

  • Create accurate estimates by using multi-systems, setting targets, determining channels, and ensuring adherence to client budgets and timelines.

  • Develop comprehensive proposals based on insights gained from data analysis, ensuring they align with client needs and business goals.

  • Extract and analyze data from proprietary systems to identify trends and provide actionable campaign recommendations based on client objectives.

  • Generate detailed insights reports to support prospecting efforts, answer client questions, and create new business opportunities.

  • Identify target audiences by analyzing transactional and shopper data, uncovering brand or category trends to inform campaign strategies.

  • Consult and strategize with internal partners to optimize campaign designs for cost efficiencies and achieve client KPIs.

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with sales team members on assigned accounts, utilizing critical thinking for estimates and insights.

  • Act as the liaison to finalize campaign details, gather and share program information, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

  • Manage timelines and prioritize tasks to ensure work progresses according to plan and meets deadlines.

  • Assist with troubleshooting issues on pre-production and live campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

  • Utilize collaboration tools effectively to maintain clear and consistent communication with Sales, Media Services, and Analytics teams, ensuring all campaign details are accurately communicated and coordinated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years in digital marketing, customer success, brand insights, promotions, advertising, campaign management, data analysis, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience at Catalina in Delivery, Analytics, or Customer Success (for internal candidates).

  • Proven track record of creating and managing marketing campaigns for clients of varying sizes and industries.

  • Experience in developing accurate estimates and comprehensive proposals based on data analysis.

  • Ability to work with multi-systems to create and manage targeting files for insights, estimation, execution, and measurement.

  • Strong analytical abilities to extract and analyze data from proprietary systems, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and uncovering brand or category trends from transactional and shopper data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to generate detailed insights reports, answer client questions, and create new business opportunities.

  • Ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with sales team members and internal partners.

  • Experience in acting as a liaison to finalize campaign details, gather and share program information, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure work progresses according to plan and meets deadlines.
