Sr Product Manager, Audience & Data

Catalina is looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager – Audiences & Data to work with internal stakeholders to drive product strategy and development of Catalina’s physical to digital real-time identity graph and manage Catalina’s data gathering strategy in the digital space using 1st and 3rd party datasets. This is a hands-on job for a dynamic individual who will be managing all phases of technical product management related to omnichannel identity mapping and data gathering across digital (desktop, mobile, TV, etc.) and instore channels. Th Sr. Product Manager – Audiences & Data will focus on Catalina’s Audience and Data products that deliver Catalina’s rich dataset to partners and brands. As a part of this role, the Sr. Product Manager – Audiences & Data, working with their Product Management Leaders, the Sr. Product Manager – Audiences & Data will help assess market needs, quantify opportunity, write requirements, work with the broader team to prioritize roadmap, and help drive product releases across cross-functional development teams (primarily Development, Finance, Analytics, Solutions, and Marketing). In addition, this individual will help create marketing requirements, product positioning, administration and sales support. This person will also take point on advocating the products with partners and clients as needed.
Help manage the creation and articulation of key value propositions, use cases and features/functionality, and market/business requirements
Work with internal stakeholders to maintain Catalina’s Programmatic Audience and Data-as-a-Service requirements and roadmaps
Join team standups and work with the assigned Product Owner to ensure product feature requirements are being adhered to
Ensure all product releases meet the functionality, performance and quality standards
Ensure that all products and services adhere to Catalina’s data privacy and regulatory compliance
Provide Sales with training and support, including traveling to partner and client locations as necessary
Keep business, development and executive stakeholders informed of status and issues
Work within the defined Product Management processes and contribute on-going process expansion and improvement ideas.
4+ years’ experience in product management, or similar functions for technical products
At least 2 years’ experience as a product manager for Data products within the Digital advertising ecosystem
General understanding of the usage of digital and physical ad identifiers for targeting and measurement use-cases
Understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and the roles of key players (including DSPs, DMPs, exchanges, etc.)
Basic understanding of various Databases, Cloud Storage Locations and Data Schemas
Experience creating and managing strategic product roadmaps to advance a digital business
Experience working with Sales teams to ensure proper delivery of digital product messages
Bachelor's or Masters Degree with coursework in computer science, analytics, data science
