If you want to lead in a dynamic Engineering culture, where you have a team that is encouraged to test and learn this is an opportunity for you.   As a member of the Corporate Systems team, this role will report to an application development manager and work on an Agile team consisting of Salesforce developers, administrators and product\business owners.  The focus of these technologists is to support and enhance existing Salesforce functionality, and to support the development of new functionality to meet the evolving needs of the business as Catalina looks to grow their Salesforce capabilities.  This role will be instrumental in the migration and adoption of Salesforce Lightning from Classic.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, self-directed individual to put their deep technical experience into practice in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.

Qualifications

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications:  Applicant must have valid, up to date Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.  Additional certifications are highly desirable from the list below:

                  Salesforce Certified Administrator

                  Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

                  Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer

                  Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer

                  Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

                  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

                  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

                  Salesforce Certified Application Architect

                  Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer

                  Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer

                  Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer

                  Salesforce Certified System Architect

                  Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant

  • Required skills/qualifications

                  At least 5+ years work experience as a Salesforce developer or architect

                  Development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce development, and Lightning. 

                  Experience migrating applications from Salesforce Classic to Lightning

                  Strong functional knowledge of Lead to Cash process with expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Configuration, Product Catalog/modeling, Pricing, Quoting and CLM functional areas

                  Develop Salesforce functionality using out-of-the-box Configuration as well as customization 

                  2+ years experience with webservices (REST\SOAP)

                  2+ year experience with XML, jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap and SOQL

                  Experience in usage and implementation of Aura Framework.

                  Should have excellent communication skills - Communicate with the development teams and business teams, to understand the customizable features that are being built into Salesforce application and prepare test scenarios accordingly

                  Comfortable working in an agile environment

                  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

                  Ability to be highly productive, both working alone and in a team environment

                  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment

  • Preferred skills/qualifications

                   Apttus design experience & deep understanding of the core CPQ/ CLM architecture.

                   Experience migrating data between relational tools and Salesforce, using industry standard ETL tools such as: Data Loader, Dell Boomi or Informatica
