Manager, Brand Development - Retail

The Manager, Brand Development - RTL is responsible for actively partnering with Sales and Catalina’s Retail partners. This candidate can be successful by leveraging our industry-leading innovation to better achieve a client’s strategy and ultimately driving revenue.
Drive Account Insights: Analyze client categories, brands, and competition to support Directors of Business Development in building effective targeted marketing solutions.
Client Presentations: Create and summarize insights from client needs to develop client presentation reflecting how Catalina solution can achieve client's business need.
Campaign Management: Create program designs aimed at achieving client objective. Monitor campaigns to ensure program execution meets client objectives. Collaborate with internal team (Operations, Analytics, & Director) to adapt as necessary to ensure client objectives/program performance is met.
Results Management & Analysis: Assists in the research, analysis and evaluation of executed campaigns.
Organizational and Administrative: Reporting, forecasting, receivables and information storage management.
Analysis: 5+ years’ experience in identifying client opportunities by way of data analysis. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in the Micro Strategy platform a plus.
Client presentations: Demonstrated ability to create client presentations that effectively position solutions against client objectives. Must have proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Campaign management: 4+ years’ experience in campaign management: market analysis, continuing with execution of the campaign, and ending with the closure of the campaign and analysis of the results. Demonstrated ability to organize and interpret key information and data points, which provide the foundation for results analyses.
Organizational Skills: Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects. Organizational ability to provide ease of access to accurate, key electronic and physical reporting and information.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in CPG/Retail marketing, Campaign management, or digital/mobile integrated advertising
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal); able to establish and lead positive working relationships with internal and external clients
Self-motivated and analytical
