Do you want to join a small but mighty team of magnificent marketers? As our business evolves and grows, we need a CRM Marketing Manager to help take our demand generation to the next level.

Where will you be based? Well, that is up to you. While we offer shared workspaces in several regions across the U.S., including Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati and Tampa Bay, Catalina offers a flexible approach enabling all team members to work remotely as desired.

The most important consideration will be your demonstrated expertise in the areas summarized below:   

Responsibilities

As CRM Marketing Manager, you will focus on helping generate leads and maintaining sales-qualified relationships to increase revenue. Doing so includes:

Demand Generation Activities

  • Acting as a co-administrator and super user for our Pardot activities, driving integration with our CRM platform (Salesforce), while ensuring compliance, data hygiene and fair attribution of account settings.

  • Planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation/list development, vertical-specific (CPGs, Media Agencies, Retailers) product messaging, and performance tracking.

  • Planning, developing, and executing social media marketing for corporate, brand, and product campaigns

  • Supporting digital marketing efforts, including agency collaboration, for PPC campaigns, SEO, and CRO.

  • Occasionally mining a wealth of internal shopper sales data and purchase behaviors to decipher key marketing communication points for targeted campaign messaging. 

Strategic and Tactical Alignment

  • Work closely with cross-functional team of Product Owners, Sales Leaders, and Analytics team members to initiate programs and campaigns that are strategically aligned with key business objectives.

  • Proactively lead the planning and execution of social media communication in a way that is consistent with the brand and adheres to communication quality standards

  • Building bridges with the Sales and Sales Ops organizations to progress toward an integrated, automated, and customer-centric sales & marketing approach.

Additionally, we are looking for a detail-oriented person to assist with marketing operations tasks that promote seamless collaboration and coordination across our group and cross-functional teams, including:

  • Updating the weekly Marketing Team calendar with input from the team for project tracking and integration.

  • Creating dashboards & periodic reporting of actions vs results to demonstrate tangible MROI

  • Assist the VP, Marketing and Communications with the budget tracking and PO/Invoice management

Qualifications

The following qualifications will allow you to shine in this role:

  • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience of marketing automation (5+ years of work experience)

  • Comprehensive understanding of B2B marketing (2+ years of work experience)

  • Hands-on Salesforceexperience (certification preferred)

  • Hands on Pardot experience (certification preferred)

  • Familiarity with other enterprise-scale marketing automation platform skills (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud)

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

  • Readiness to learn – and apply learnings – every day

  • Refined written communication skills
