Sales Coordinator - Retail

The Sales Coordinator - RTL is responsible for actively partnering with our customer’s on-site leadership to ensure appropriate delivery and efficient processing of programs. This role is a critical member of a cross-functional team that ensures consistent high-quality delivery for our customers and may be performed as a remote, work from home position until required to be on-site at our customer office. This role is to be filled outside of the state of Colorado.
Maintain understanding of all media campaign management tools in order to serve as internal consultant and knowledge resource on system and targeting capabilities that align with specific media campaign objectives
Monitor campaigns to ensure program execution meets client objectives.
Communicate and collaborate with various internal departments regarding troubleshooting issues, media campaign budgets and other requests specific to campaign execution; help troubleshoot and resolve any campaign execution issues
Demonstrate high degree of flexibility and proactive critical thinking to anticipate and address potential roadblocks
Create and monitor campaign performance reports
Perform project management tasks such as managing timelines and prioritizing critical path work to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Process monthly customer and vendor billing
This role will work directly at the client site when fully reopened
BA/BS degree required; marketing or business degrees preferred
2+ years’ experience in CPG/Retail marketing, campaign management, or sales support
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal); able to establish and lead positive working relationships with internal and external clients
Self-motivated and analytical
