Analyst - Brand

Our Team

The US Brand Analytics team is responsible for providing analyses, insights and recommendations that address the business needs of the Catalina brand sales teams, CPG clients or internal strategic projects.  These analyses, insights and recommendations should serve as the basis for discussions with the brand sales team or CPG client and provide actionable insights and recommendations that address client strategies, initiatives, and objectives. 

This position reports to the Executive Director of Analytics - Brand.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage one of the largest purchase behavior databases in the US to develop innovative solutions or insights to solve client problems

  • Providing targeting solutions that optimize the client’s strategies

  • Evaluating performance of targeted shopper campaigns using appropriate analytic methods

  • Present analytic insights, results, and recommendations to internal analytics team and internal sales partners - in a clear and compelling manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred

  • 0-2 years of work experience; Strong entry level candidates will be considered

  • Intermediate to advanced use of programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R

  • Ability to demonstrate a command of quantitative methods and statistical applications

  • Understanding of the CPG industry helpful but not required
