Catalina is looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager - HUB360 Insights to drive Catalina’s vision with our customer-facing insights and analytics platform, HUB360. This is a hands-on job for a dynamic leader who works across all phases of product development and product management related to delivering insights and analytic capabilities at scale for our CPG brand and/or retail clients. This person will collaborate with Analytics, Solutions, Technology and other business units to derive new and/or enhanced insights for Catalina’s business. As a part of this role, the Sr. Product Manager - HUB360 Insights will assess market needs, gather competitive intelligence, quantify opportunities, write requirements, prioritize roadmap, and drive product releases across cross-functional development teams (e.g., Technology, Analytics, HUB360 Customer Success, Solutions, Operations, Finance, and Marketing). In addition, this individual will contribute to marketing requirements, product positioning, administration and sales support in partnership with our Solutions and Marketing teams. This person will also take point on advocating the products with partners and clients as needed.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features, analyze competitive landscape, and achieve alignment with key partners and stakeholders

  • Manage the creation and articulation of key value propositions, use cases and features/functionality, and market/business requirements with input and feedback from Product & Sales leaders

  • Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.

  • Understand business needs/goals and develop plans to measure core KPI’s and optimize the initiatives to drive better performance

  • Identify & deconstruct competitive offerings in the market, formulate insights and use them to advise future roadmap direction.

  • Ensure that the product adheres to Catalina data privacy and regulatory compliance policies

  • Engage with data engineering to ensure product capabilities can scale and be automated

  • Engage with our UI/UX Designer to build prototypes and validate marketability of product with clients

  • Ability to balance customer and business interests while considering technical integration tradeoffs.

  • Partner with our HUB360 Customer Success team to define and/or refine customer onboarding procedures and strategies for longer term customer usage and engagement with the product

  • Collaborate with our Solutions and Marketing teams on go to market materials

  • Work within the defined Product Management processes and contribute on-going process expansion and improvement ideas.


  • 4+ years experience in product management, or similar functions for technical products

  • Solid working knowledge of market research and marketing analysis concepts

  • At least 3 years experience as a product manager, experience creating and managing strategic product roadmaps to advance a SaaS

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / retail marketing industry is preferred

  • Experience building wire frames / prototypes, product specifications and business requirements

  • Strong project management skills and ability to present to stakeholders at various levels within an organization

  • Familiarity with compliance / regulatory requirements a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in computer science, data engineering, and/or equivalent work experience

  • You have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise

  • You have a track record of managing the scope and shape of programs of work

  • You love facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to outline your product roadmap and a project release plan

  • You’re able to clearly define a value proposition and seamlessly articulate it, generating support and buy-in from all relevant stakeholders

  • You’re analytical: you know that your product must provide tangible business value and can gather the right requirements and analysis to support your work

  • But you’re right-brained, too: you know the power of effective storytelling and can easily synthesize data and insights into clear, impactful messaging
