Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager is part of a small, but mighty Catalina Marketing Team responsible for managing all external communication. The team includes Product Marketing leaders, who work closely with the Solutions Team to understand our customers and devise strategic messaging that will appeal to them. We also have marketers with specialized skills in public relations, social media, email marketing, and creative development. While the individuals on the team all have unique backgrounds, there are critical attributes to our collective success: Intellectual curiosity, desire to problem solve, and ability to distill complex information into the most strategic, succinct, and simple message.

This role is critical to the success of strategic products in market related to monetizing data and analytics, and marketing advanced targeting and measurement solutions. Sitting at the intersection of customer needs, product roadmap and Catalina’s go-to market activities, this role requires the employee to work cross-functionally with Product Solutions, Analytics, and Sales to develop selling assets, competitive considerations, product launch campaigns and overall product marketing & communication strategy.
Supports the development and implementation of the “Go to Market” plan that includes items such as
Sales presentation and collateral
Product insights and positioning
Category and client targets
Supports translating complex product concepts into clear & concise, jargon-free, value propositions. Ensures that features and capabilities are delivered through customer benefit communication/messaging, acting as a liaison between the product development and sales teams.
Manage, prioritize, and implement marketing efforts across all external communication touchpoints – including sales collateral, case studies emails, paid ads, and thought leadership content
Builds and fosters relationships across the product development team, analytics and sales
Subject matter expert on our customers, product offerings and competitive landscape
Conducts quarterly reviews to refine the marketing calendar ensuring it is addressing marketplace and customer needs
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
4 – 8 years B2B marketing experience with TV/digital media agency and/or data services company
Intermediate understanding of activating integrated marketing campaigns
A proven self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a track record of delivering exceptional work under time constraints
Ability to pull together solid presentations and manage spreadsheets
Excellent organizational, communication and influencing skills
Additional preferred qualifications
Ability to write successful project briefs with business objectives and key insights
Demonstrates strong industry knowledge in Data Services and Advanced TV Media
