Our Team

Catalina's Product Solutions team thrives at the lively intersection of product management, commercialization, marketing, and sales.   We lead the crucial role of tailoring the deployment of Catalina's product innovations across our markets to address the unmet needs of our clients, ranging from brands, agencies, retailers, and channel partners. Solutions owners use those client engagements to collaborate with Product Management on prioritizing future innovation.  While the individuals on the team all have unique backgrounds, there are critical attributes to our collective success:  Intellectual curiosity, daring leadership to solve problems of all sizes, entrepreneurial bootstrapping, impactful & creative communication, and comfort in the rapid waters

Responsibilities

This individual will play a vital role in the technical sale of Catalina's HUB360 product, measurement, and insights solutions, including delivering product demos, leading discovery with clients of unmet measurement needs, and translate technical capabilities to what value the insights with the varying modalities of HUB360 product suite unlock for customers.

It's critical that from day one, this individual can demonstrate a deep understanding of how brand marketers deploy media across all channels relative to their marketing objectives, as well as bring to the team a working knowledge of the current state of industry measurement tools.  This individual will be a 'translator' of sorts to help transform technical details into business language, case studies, even storytelling for presentations.

This individual will work with the broad product and analytics organizations to help identify potential new use cases and design methodology for selling and implementing across prospective clients. The director will work closely with our Product organization leadership team to ensure we are prioritizing product features and improvements as needed for this portfolio of solutions.

This individual will report to the Executive Director of Product Solutions for Data Services & Measurement, who leads the overall product solution strategy across Catalina's US markets.

  • Measurement Services Execution: Drive execution specifically of the measurement solutions portfolio, including requirements, development, and ongoing enhancements. That will require this individual to work very closely with the whole product solutions team and our sales teams on scoping opportunities, followed by aligning with the cross-functional measurement team to recommend the right product offering and be a consistent resource for the execution team.

  • Sales Engineering: Partner with sales leaders across all three verticals to help sell solutions with customers, including demos, RFP responses, customer meetings, and other engagement.

  • Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across the entire company, plus our strategic partnerships to ensure all are aware of the value HUB360 products can add to their markets and how we can expand our capabilities.

  • Innovation: Continually assess the market to identify new opportunities to leverage Catalina's data and insights for new solution sets. Partner with sales to understand unmet customer needs and work with product management to collaboratively influence and create a prioritized roadmap that considers both strategic value and business case.

  • Go-To-Market: Assist with developing go-to-market strategies for each of Catalina's existing and new data services solutions. While the Executive director will lead the launch of new products, features, and releases, this individual will be a critical contributor in the process.
