Implementing measurement solutions for clients that want to measure campaign outcomes against the Catalina retailer set Providing Post-Sales and troubleshooting support Streamlining and Automating internal processes for scalability
The Ad Tech Data & Measurement Ops Analystis an expert on Catalina’s Measurement offerings and platforms and works with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and share best practices on our Measurement Solutions.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, Account Management and Analytics, to build out process that will enable growth of Catalina’s Measurement offering, streamline and automate those processes in order to scale, enhance and champion measurement best practices, and act as the first line of escalation for troubleshooting technical issues that arise.
Measurement Mapping and Pixel Creation
Manage end-to-end campaign meta-data configuration within Measurement Platform
Work with internal and external stakeholders to create measurement pixels, validate event tracking and develop add-on documentation to configure pixels
Ingest and validate Exposure Files
Own DSP/Platform Certification for Catalina’s Measurement offering
Support and Troubleshoot campaign/client issues
Query databases, using SQL type queries, and analyze results to monitor campaign health/quality and proactively identify issues
Monitor internal platforms to identify gaps and bugs/issues and escalate inconsistencies as needed
Automate process and checks as the product continues to scale
Primary point of contact on technical questions, support, and triage of complex delivery challenges for client stakeholders, including Technical Account Managers, Ops, Product and Engineering
Create clear, concise Standard Operating Procedures for common tasks
Develop training materials for Operations and Cross-Functional teams as new products or platform updates occur
QA Testing for UI changes and platform updates
4+ years of experience in Digital Programmatic/Measurement, working as Technical Operations support, Technical Project Management/Engineering, Customer Support or Product Integration (with a focus on scalability)
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Computer Science/Technical Field or similar
Expert in pixel development/creation, validation and troubleshooting
Expertise in writing/developing SQL or NoSQL queries in order to extract data from multiple data sources
Experience with Java and Python is a plus
Data analysis acumen and identifying inaccuracies within data sets
Experience implementing process automation and monitoring tools using a combination of in-house and third-party technologies
Ability to partner with multiple key stakeholders and keep strong communication to rollout new products and improve or streamline processes
Advanced knowledge of the online advertising industry across multiple channels (Mobile, desktop, video, native, social, etc)
Experience with ad serving and reporting technologies and programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, etc)
Familiarity with location, device graph, identity resolution solutions
Self-Starter who can work autonomously on projects, build processes and training for the greater organization
