Senior CRM Consultant Europe - Retail

This role has responsibility to manage client’s CRM project. In coordination with sales and other support teams you will be leading the scoping of the solution proposed to answer client’s needs: From understanding & formalizing the needs, design the solution and manage the implementation.  Your role will be key in the customer satisfaction and the development of efficient marketing solution.

Expected output:

  • Accompany sales team to understand the client’s pains and expectation around our shopper activation expertise
  • Work with the client team and our internal teams, partners… to design the right solution
  • Present and explain the value and benefits of the solution
  • Manage the building and implementation with tech, analytics, Customer satisfaction’s team…
  • Support the launching, monitor results and manage enhancement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must work effectively with senior management and have a collaborative and partnership spirit with each unit
  • Must have strong interpersonal skill, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals, including strong presentation and consulting skills.
  • Broad functional experience and technical skills in areas of CRM, digital, marketing, business and market development.
  • Demonstrates strong customer focus with the ability to produce results in a fast paced and fluid business environment with competing priorities.

  • Has the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Can conduct problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.

  • Must have the ability to manage RFP and RFI and coordinates the internal resources
  • Must be skilled in interfacing with the clients and understanding their needs.

Education & experience

  • Master degree in Business Administration or Tech 
  • Consulting/product management experience
  • Retail experience
  • CRM, digital, marketing expertise
  • From 8 years experience
